Do you take a percentage of bookings?
No. The subscription is a fixed monthly or annual price. Card processing is your processor’s fee, not a software tax from us.
How does the trial work?
The trial is 14 days and does not require a card. Starting a trial on this server creates a shop and an owner login. Billing is not connected, and getrentalmanager.com is not a live store yet.
What is the setup fee?
Optional setup is $199 for fleet import, roles, and branding. It is waived for the first 10 customers.
Are tours included?
Tours and events are on the roadmap. They are not part of the current product.
What is included on every plan?
Named rentables, online and walk-in bookings, the availability calendar, digital waivers, check-in and check-out, staff roles, and repair tickets that take a unit off the bookable list.
