What the desk covers
Get Rental Manager is the rental manager: fleet, bookings, waivers, and the counter. Repair sits inside it. The catalog is a list of named rentables, not a bike-only form. The Ridge Peak demo is seeded with bikes so you can click through a full day.
Fleet
- Named rentables with an asset code, a size, and a type you set
- Status you can read at a glance: available, reserved, rented, repair
- A repair hold blocks that unit from online and walk-in booking
Bookings
- Online storefront and walk-in desk share the same calendar
- Overlap is rejected for the same unit and time window
- Digital waiver before the unit is confirmed on the storefront, or at the counter
Ops
- Today board for pickups and returns
- Check-out and check-in update the unit status
- Owner, desk, and mechanic roles
- Repair bin as a supporting module. Open a ticket and that unit leaves the bookable fleet
